Description
A CHRONICLE OF OBSERVANCES – JERUSALEM 1130 AD
A study on the effects of Mammon brings us from King Henry to the high seas, toward Jerusalem’s King Baldwin II during a year marked by three Popes. The objective is the acquisition of gold and silver to fuel an empire’s vision. Along the journey, Jonah is picked up from some forsaken Mediterranean corner of France, becoming the voyage’s conscience as plots thickens and the crew is steered toward the consideration of salvation by grace through Jesus Christ alone.
1000-year-old tale as relevant to today’s world.
About the Author
Redmond Holt’s writing exudes a depth of humility and sincerity that is truly remarkable. The way he crafts his words shows a keen understanding of human emotions and relationships, a gift not many possess.
He was a devoted family man, born and raised in Limerick, Ireland, who spent much of his life in Slane. He was a loving father to his two sons, Luke and James.
